Dr Siddharth Mishra

A retired army medical officer with a distinguished service record and trained in Surgery and Gastro Surgery in one of the most reputed institutes of this country. Has an extensive work experience in managing all complex Gastro Surgery and GI oncology cases. Having received training under eminent faculties, has a special interest in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgery. Has been working as Consultant Superspecialist in Gastro Surgery at ESI (PGIMSR) Model Hospital, Basaidarapur, New Delhi for the past two years and been managing the diverse and demanding work of Gastro and GI Oncology for all the ESI beneficiaries in whole of Delhi. As the only GI Surgeon in all of the ESI hospitals in Delhi, has been instrumental in establishing a GI Surgery unit at ESI Basaidarapur and regularly receives referrals from all other ESI Hospitals in Delhi NCR. His efforts have not only brought relief for patients, who can now avail the facilities of cutting-edge complex abdominal surgery at ESI but enriched the post graduate students of this teaching hospital. As his present appointment is contractual, seeks to work at a place which can provide a stable position, where he continues to grow as a surgeon.
