-Thesis: “Studies on the fabrication of novel electrospun nanofibers loaded with bioactive peptides of lactic acid bacteria for enhanced wound healing applications.” 

-Designed and optimized nanofiber scaffolds for wound healing applications, incorporating bioactive peptides, and assessing their biological efficacy in various cell culture models. 

-Conducted extensive in vitro experiments to evaluate anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties using mammalian cell lines, including RAW 264.7, L929, and HepG2. Assessed the wound healing efficacy of peptide-infused nanofibers in various in vivo animal models (rats and mice), providing insight into their therapeutic potential. 

  • Analyzed cell viability, cytokine secretion, and gene expression to determine the therapeutic potential of peptide-loaded nanofibers,

-Mentored B.Tech and M.Tech students, providing guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and research methodologies, and presented research findings at international conferences, including ICMT-2023 and ICRIB-2023, receiving recognition for innovative applications in nanobiotechnology and biomaterials.
