  • Initiated and established full-fledged Interventional Radiology (IR) services for the first time at Caritas Hospital, Kottayam, transforming it into the only hospital in Central Kerala offering comprehensive IR services.
  • Performed the first successful TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt) procedure in patient with liver cirrhosis — a pioneering achievement in the state of Kerala. Also, the highest number of TIPS procedures is in Central Kerala. Performed the first successful parallel TIPS in Kerala.
  • Key member of the multidisciplinary team that performed the first successful Live Donor Liver Transplant (LDLT) in the Central Kerala region.
  • Currently performing a wide spectrum of vascular and non-vascular interventions, encompassing neurological, peripheral vascular, and hepatobiliary systems, among others.
  • Performed the highest number of lymphatic interventions including thoracic duct embolization in Kerala.
