Synthetic Strategies in the Total Synthesis of Complex Organic Molecules, Logic in Organic Synthesis, Organometallic and Sustainable Chemistry, Spectral Analysis, Organic synthesis, Expert in carrying out various organic reactions including air and moisture sensitive reagents/reactions, multistep synthesis of pharmaceuticals, asymmetric synthesis and process chemistry, Purification: Excellent skills in purification of organic compounds using crystallization, distillation and chromatography as well as preparative TLC techniques, Analytical techniques: Experienced in handling the instruments like combi flash chromatography, Grace, NMR, LC-MS, Polarimeter, UV-Visible, CD, IR, and Fluorescence Spectrophotometers, Structural elucidation: Expert in interpretation of NMR (1D and 2D), Mass, IR, UV-Visible, Raman, XPS and AAS, Biological studies: Working experience with MTT assay, gel electrophoresis, Topoisomerase studies, cell cycle analysis, DNA binding studies, Technical skills: Conversant with commonly used computer software: MS-Office, origin, Adobe Photoshop, Chem Office, MNOVA, Reaxys and Sci-Finder as well as Molecular Modeling Softwares like AutoDock.
