

Accomplished academic professional with over 18 years of distinguished teaching experience across international institutions, currently serving as Associate Professor of English (Linguistics) at MITS University, Madanapalle. Specializing in Phonetics, linguistics, Applied linguistics and communication pedagogy, I bring a unique blend of theoretical expertise and practical teaching excellence to higher education, with extensive experience spanning institutions in India, Saudi Arabia, and Libya.
As Associate Professor at MITS University, I deliver comprehensive instruction in soft skills development, critical thinking, and advanced communication strategies. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering analytical thinking through stimulating seminar discussions and in-depth textual analysis, while maintaining a supportive learning environment through dedicated office hours and individualized student mentoring. My research focus on Linguistics, Phonetics and phonology, Applied Linguistics and cross-linguistic phonetic analysis contributes to the evolving field of applied linguistics. My educational credentials include a Ph.D. in English (Linguistics and Phonetics) from EFLU Hyderabad, complemented by M.Phil. in Linguistics and Phonetics, providing deep theoretical grounding for my current teaching and research endeavors. This strong academic foundation, combined with my B.Ed. qualification and dual Master's degrees in English Literature and Linguistics, enables me to deliver sophisticated yet accessible instruction across diverse student populations.
I remain actively engaged in ongoing professional development, regularly attending pedagogical workshops and conferences, including recent participation in international webinars on Artificial Intelligence and Linguistics.
