• •Day-to-day OPD patient treatment and management with examination, management and referral of
emergencies to higher centers.
• Supervise for proper functioning of the daily Activities in the Dispensary.
• Make Proper Documentations for received and delivered items.
• Understanding patient needs, interacting with patients & prescribing appropriate medications.
• Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards in Dispensary.
• Preparing Reports for all the Activities in the Dispensary and submitting it to the concerned department.
• Reporting to Senior Medical Officer G/North ward, Mumbai on a daily basis and appraising him/her
about any discrepancies or other issues that may need attention.
· Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment non-urgent, primary outpatients in the area of Internal Medicine, GYNOB and pediatrics
· Follow up programs (High blood pressure, Diabetes mellitus, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congested heart failure, chronic renal insufficiency, etc.) interacting with the different specialties to provide well-rounded care for complex cases
· Medical residents surveillance and education in different specialties formation program in primary medicine including research and case-review supervision
· Kept practices, techniques, policies and procedures consistent with professional standards and regulatory agencies
• Taking Rounds with consultants on Day-to-day basis of all Inpatient admissions in the ward.
• Coordinate with Nurses and supervises for proper functioning of the daily Activities in the Ward.
• Preparing Inpatient admission history, fitness reports and discharge summaries for admitted patients.
• Make Proper Documentations for patients admitted under critical care medicine.
• In case of emergency, giving basic life support and shifting the patient to the Intensive care unit.
• Reporting to Critical Care Head on a daily basis and appraising him about any discrepancies or other
issues that may need attention.
• Coordinating with other consultants for references to other specialties.
