  • Optimization of Process: In terms of operation, time-cycle, achieving targeted quality.
  • Improving yields, reducing the cost and maximize throughput.
  • Scale-up activities: Demonstration of lab process in pilot plant and production.
  • Troubleshooting: During development of projects at both R&D and scale-up execution.

  • Providing scientific/technical reports to both coordinating departments and Plant for smooth execution of projects.

  • Ensured 'The Value Addition' to the projects by scientific and technical improvements.
  • Providing technical support to Plant to obtain regulatory approvals for executed projects.
