ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FIXED ASSETS:

• Creating project, Adding WBS & AUC and Release the Project.
• Performing on partial capitalizations and full capitalizations.
• Performing on Asset retirements (Partial & Full).
• Transferring Assets to the Existing Assets and calculation on Catch up (Unplanned Depreciation).
• Preparing ACR (Asset Class Reconciliation) for every month.
• Posting Depreciation on Assets for every month.
• Preparing the AUC ageing report, Cash capex.
• Performing On Misc activities (Project Finish dates, Change Asset life & Cost centre Etc)

GENERAL LEDGER:

• Reconciliation between the bank books and cash books balances by circulating weekly and monthly and confirming the balances.
• Handling JV (Journal entries) posting by daily wise.
• Handling Accruals every month.
• Handling G/L Posting in Monthly wise
• Opening new posting periods and Closing material periods.
• Ensuring Month end activities have to be completed without missing any SLA (Service Level Agreement).
