Exit Formalities:
· Complete F&F settlement of employees
· When I received employee resignation I did all works like till employees leave the company.
· Administering Exit Paperwork.
· Conducting Exit Interviews
· Preparing Exit Interview Summery
· Giving Post Employment Reference for Relived Employees
· Coordination with Finance, Admin, and IT Dept on Full & Final Settlements.
· Employee data validation
ID Cards
Giving ID cards to new employees
• Employees fill in the ID card form & send it back to HR team.
• To check the Id card forms & verify after that forward to admin team.
• Admin team prepared & Dispatch to employee Address.
Contract Extensions
• Check every month who are employees who completed the contracts send a mail to Reporting Manager for extension or separation.
• In case extensions need to prepare extensions, letters, and send to employees after that update in T-Matrix.
• In case separations need to inform employee within close the 1-month notice period.
Employee Transfers
• Need to check on an everyday basis who are the employees transfers request arise.
• Need to change location reporting manager in employee screen in T- matrix.
Data validation
• Every day I have to check all the joiners’ names, bank details and CTC etc.
Vendor Management
• Solve the issues with vendor registration issues to employees who are unable to
login and face queries while registering. I will assist and send it to the concerned team to resolve.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Screening CVS as per company recruitment, Shortlisted and conduct interviews with client.
• Conducting Telephonic, F2F, Google Meet interviews
• On-Boarding & Induction
