PROCESS LEAD : Procurement Master Data Management

Process Details

As service provider for the client working on process lead process procurement master data management for all the plants ON shore, OFF shore, Service plants worldwide.

The process is supporting pricing implementation to the sap system for material master records.

The Request’s received with client from Various resource SAP , Ariba Application and E mail.

Validate the data quality ensure mandatory information provided by client and used the proper template before upload to the system.

Daily Activity

1) Controlling the quality of work done by subordinates to ensure that it meets standard

2) Overseeing the work of other leads and management staff on their teams to ensure that deadlines are met and SLA completed successfully.

3) Supporting new Team members KT and access related query follow up with client.

4) Employee Data base maintenance.

5) Providing guidance and training to team members so they can develop their skills and perform their jobs effectively

6) Daily task allocations follow up with SPOC.

7) Daily process calls with client.

8) Tracker maintenance for employee productivity with SLA, New materials received from system , Request received and status follow up and Quality issues.

• MDM MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT – E-Commerce (Retail)
  Lead the Product Master Transformation, to enable attribute-based product data consumption across
  the business processes for E-Commerce Retail.
  Responsible for end to end Project Delivery – from pre-initiate phase to launch for data part.
  Coordinating with Business and IT team support to make understands requirements both sides.
  Creating Master data base for back end and front end (Website) Product Categorization Product
  Master, Vendor Masters, Pricing, Tax data.
