Reliability & Safety:

• Planning and executing of all Distributions activities as day to day
• Conduct Safety Meetings (Weekly & Monthly) with Drivers, Transport Vendors and Team
• Taking Part of all Safety Training Programs
• Monitoring Performance of vehicles and Drivers with respect to their Attitude, Behavior towards Safety Policies/compliances
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to product distribution or customer service.
• Implemented cost-saving measures in packaging materials selection, reducing overall expenses without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Conduct the RCA and RCA action points implementation

• Conduct the periodic coaching sessions for drivers along with Driver coaches/DSOs

• Monitoring & reviewing the drivers score card and implement the performance improvement plan along with DSO/Driver Coach.

• Responsible for scheduling the daily movement & VIIT (Vacuum Insulated Transport Tanks) tankers.

• 100% reliable supplies & NO Customer STOCK OUT

• Monitor tanker utilisation by ensuring vehicles detention as per KPI and daily monitoring of payload utilisation.

Statutory Compliance:

• Taking Care of Plant Statutory compliance of Drug License and PESO License Part.
• Taking Care of Tankers Compliance of PESO, Rule-18 & Rule 19 etc..
• Taking Care of Vehicle Related Documents.

Efficiency:

• Improve the transit efficacy as per KPI

• Reduction on Source/Customer detentions as per KPI

• Ensure upkeeping of all Technological gadgets in vehicles. (VTS, MDVR, Intangles, etc,)

• Ensure effective logistical and cost-effective route management.

Fleet and Tank Management:

• Ensure 95% tanker/truck availability

• Ensure Fleet maintenance is carried out as per OEM recommendations. (Own fleet & Transporter)

• Maintenance of VITT (Vacuum Insulated Transport Tanks) in sync with the business requirement

People Management:

• Collaborative work with safety/Maintenance/operations teams and Even Statutory Govt Officials.

• Periodic team building activities

• Conducting the Knowledge sharing session

• Planning and executing of all condition monitoring activities to Improve Overall Machine Availability
• Provide field support on Rotating Equipment to Maintenance/Operation department to minimize down time and optimize production
• This includes Turbine Generator sets, compressors, boiler feed pumps, boiler fans, and a variety of pumps and other equipment’s
• Interpretation for health status of various industrial machines using tools like vibration spectrum analysis, Trend Monitoring, phase readings
• Balancing of rotating machines blowers, fans both Single Plane & Dual Plane
• Provide field support on rotating equipment during overhauls of Equipment’s
• Responsible for the report generation for the critical equipment
• Taking the individual machine vibration & trend monitoring of Vibration status of equipment’s
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress and compliance Reports
• Maintaining Machine History files Up To Date

• Planning and executing of all condition monitoring activities to Improve Overall Machine Availability
• Provide field support on Rotating Equipment to Maintenance/Operation department to minimize down time and optimize production
