Detail Design of Airframe components – Boeing737 MAX Project Description: Worked for 737Max Conversion project, converting V4Data to V5 which involves modeling, creating installation drawing and FTA for fuselage components, Detail Design of Airframe Structural Components of the Boeing 737 Series commercial aircraft, and Creation of installation & Assemblies drawings for the same. Detail design includes modeling for Machined, Sheet Metal & Extruded parts creation of MBD or 2D drawing based datasets for Experimental, and production parts.

· Detailing Sheet metal parts (Conventional development), Machine parts & sub- Assemblies Created for production parts.

· Created MBD data set for machining, sheet metal, and experimental parts.

· Worked on Fuselage Frames and Stringer drawings for Boeing 737Max.

· Reviewing of final delivery parts.

R&D on Gas Turbine Blade, Vane, and Rotor

Design and Development of Gas Turbine for Various Industrial requirements, which includes Part Modelling, Assembly, and Detailing
