Regional Utilization: Channelizing inventory placement across zones through mirroring to improve RU. This resulted in 4% increase in RU YOY

Space AOP: Through YOY trend analysis and planned revenue I prepare Space AOP for Myntra Inventory Model. This resulted in getting the required peak storage with the help of SCM team

Minimizing Space Risk: Monitoring Demand, STR, Inbound and Restocking for respective storage types across regions helped in maximizing space utilization up to 95%

DOH Management: By placing the right DOH across top sellers through IWIT I helped with a significant 8% increase in DOH Mirroring.

On-Shelf-Availability Improvement: Through consistent placement I ensure zonal OSA improvement up to 90% for all core styles Myntra platform level. This helps to increase 10% STR for core styles

Replenishment :Efficient Replenishment of core styles through prior forecast by considering trend,seasonality, Forward DOH.

OTB Management: Efficient utilization and release of OTB by avoiding over/under stock situation which helped smoother flow of working capital.

Improving Capacity Utilization: Through inter BU (Business Unit) capacity optimization I ensure drop loss to be below 10%. This helps in reducing SCM cost by 4cr yearly.

D0 Speed Initiative: Helped in launching same day delivery for Myntra platform by identifying the required styles and ensures consistent DOH availability through the help of Buyers in the required BAGs.

RUDO Optimization: Leading the deployment of RUDO V2 by enhancing the efficacy to 90% from that of 71%. This resulted in appropriate splitting of OI units.

Product Management: Collaborated with product team to implement capacity optimization and 4-way Slotting logic which helped significant 15% increase in Inward Mirroring
