• Managed a highly contentious patent infringement matter against Philipps Koninklijke at the Delhi High Court representing the defendant side.
• Contested a patent infringement matter from the side of the defendant, Adventure India, at the Tis Hazari District Court, Delhi.
• Successfully defended my client against benefit sharing and revocation claims at the Plant Variety Protection office at New Delhi.
