Also, provided personal assistance to the guests and took care of personal laundry requests. Had a flexible position and fulfilled other duties when necessary. As well as check and inspect room according to the standards when necessary as a supervisor.

• Vacuum, clean, dust, and polish guest rooms
• Bed making and removing and replenishment of toiletries
• Deliver and retire items on loan to guests eg- iron boards and iron
• Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms
• Replenish tea, coffee, and minibar items
• Do linen inventory on a quarterly basis
• Housekeeping Butler
• Appointed For Supervisor Program and did the supervision for 6 months within the tenure.

Front Office: Guest Handling, Show-rounds, Operators, C-form Housekeeping: Room setup, flower arrangement, Towel arrangement. Food & Beverages: Host, Restaurant setup, In-room-Dining, Banquets, Stock Handling. Culinary: Learned about different cuisines and the reserving styles
