• Handling infra-Operation & Maintenance of 6800 sites in Gujrat-2 circle
• Execute new project work at field and ensure complete it within TAT
• Delivered KPI of each CMP as per Operators Prospective
• Conduct weekly review with our internal team for maintain the KPI as well as NWA
• Visit the site where NWA is degrade & repeated outage

Optical Fiber:-

• Maintain total 1429 KM OFC network in core route
• Maintain total 2929 KM OFC network of Collector route
• Dark fiber monitoring /M-test execution & report analysis
• Resolve RFMS fault/ High Loss of Core Link & CSS Link
• Liasonig with government authorities for Permission for laying new route of Fiber & other work
• Execute New fiber laying work at field & ensure to complete within time set by operator
• Meeting done with Operator /Govt bodies time to time for new work to enhance company business
• Taking KPI Signoff from CMP team & Submitted to Head office
• Submit bill on time & follow-up with operator forpayment
• Handling over all business of company & ensure run the business in profitable

• Handling Operation of 1250 Sites of ATC(American Tower) in MP & CG
• Direct involve with Circle Head of ATC team for resolve the any query
• Delivered NWA as per Operators requirements

• Handling External Audits (9001:2015) for Field Operations (O&M) function. (State & NHQ India)
• Hands on experience on end-to-end Audit program: Audit Planning, Execution, RCA, Corrective Actions & Audits Closure.
• Process Audit: Power & Utility, Material & contracts, Fibre, ISP, NOC, HSE&F & Planning domain
• Quality management system for Field Operations function (MP Circle)
• ISMS 27001:2013-Risk Management – SPOC for Field Operations department
• Contributed efforts towards Purchase/Procurement by steering development & implementation of key procurement strategies/contingency plans for Raw Materials, packaging & engineering materials & capital equipment, ensured that plans are aligned with all contractual & statutory requirements for infrastructure Project and operation & maintenance activities

• Daily flash raw outage report to field team for RCA
• Collect the outage report from field & Prepare the same & send to Circle Head
• Review with our Noc team on daily basis & resolve the Query raised by them
• Daily Compile the RCA with field team and send to operator for acceptance
• Monthly NWA signoff done with Operator for billing Purpose
• Aligned the NOC team to work on shift for smooth operation in 24*7 Hours
• Monthly meeting done with Operator team for Outage Signoff (Reliance communication, Reliance JIO, Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL )

• Preventive maintenance of infra elements as per defined SLA to ensure maximum network availability.
• Maintain the UP TIME of Shared sites Operator(Rcom,RJIO,Airtel,Vodafone,Idea Cellular, BSNL)
• Expansion/ Up-gradation & introduction of new of infra elements in the network as per business requirement.
• Infra Budget (OPEX) preparation in coordination with Cluster Manager.
• Liaison with NOC for fault clearance & the related activities to control no of faults and MTTR within targets.
• Verification of Vendor C-AMC works.
• Review of all power & fuel bills, site wise analysis and corrective actions.

• Monitered the field team to delivered the NWA as per SLA
• Execute the PM plan to field team for infra health maintenance

• Should be Able to fiber fault locating and restoration with in SLA.

• Installation & Commissioning of BTS Shelter, Battery Bank, DG sets, Air Conditioner and Power Plant. also Civil Construction work
• Supervision of Civil work related to Shelter and Tower.

• Supervising contractors for Installation of Battery Bank & New equipment
• Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of 3000Amp, 1500Amp, 600Amp & 150Amp Power plant of ITI LTD, Bhopal.
• Installation of 15KVA & 5KVA UPS (Power One & APS).

• Installation, testing, commissioning & Acceptance Test of Power plant, battery bank, UPS & inverter.
