Teaching Philosophy

Prior to every class I take, I prepare lecture notes followed by a brief lesson plan. During class, I encourage and facilitate students to take class notes, make a close reading of the text and to enable them think in different directions beyond merely getting prepared for their exams. I have always worked to the fact that a teacher makes countless real-time decision and facilitate numerous and various kinds of interactions with the students to motivate them, to make the classroom environment positive, to make their learning experiences better, to sensitize and look after their emotional needs leading to manage their behaviours and to impart values and ethics in them.
