I started working for a rental process on 01/10/2023, and I continue to do so.

  • Review insureds' and claimants' rental bills, and if the bills meet the payment criteria as per the policy issue,
  • call the customer and inform them about the documents,
  • resolve their rental query, and answer inbound calls from claimants.
  • Answer inbound calls from claimants and insured individuals, and help them resolve their rental queries.
  • Issue payment after analyzing and verifying the legitimacy of the invoices and the bills received from clients and pay accordingly through the mode of payment.
