Boil-off gas handling using a minimum send-out compressor, recondensing in the suction drum utilizing a BOG compressor, and flaring using a GCU compressor.
Four to five STS operations in a month.
There were zero cargo claims or disputes during my tenure.
Reconciliation of cargo post dry dock, since the vessel was gas freed and then gas up. Manage to carry out the operation with minimum gas claims.
Maintenance of regas plants. Regas capacity: 1000 mmscfd; closed-loop glycol heating and open-loop seawater heating for glycol.

4.Setting up of a shore-based re-gas plant - Wartsila skid (Phase 2 of the project); preparation and readiness of the jetty contingency plan.
5.BOG management philosophy (at nominal, maximum, and minimum send-out conditions) by FSRU compressors.
6.Routine maintenance, operation, and preservation of the FSRU Hoegh Giant. Punch list items for the yard are raised. Closure of warranty claims. Responsible for class/flag state inspections.
7.ESDS logic checking and imparting training.
8.Preparation of the budget. Creation of marine-related SOPs.
9.Responsible Ship shore compatibility study, Opti-moor study, and DMA study.

The world’s first Hi-Re-gas plant (1,000 mmscfd/d) commissioning was carried out at the Turquoise P at ETKI Liman Terminal in Turkey.
Day-to-day normal NG send-out operations from 50 to 1000 mmscfd/d were carried out without a single day of loss.
Gas trials of the FSRU re-gasification plant and commissioning were completed efficiently, as required by the owner, Pardus Energy.
 42 STS operations completed so far under my supervision during this period.
 Involved in following operations of Hi-Re-gas FSRU-
Installation, Commissioning and Operations of 6 LNG STS hoses and STS fenders.Worked with KONGSBERG Maritime to correct and implement ESD logic.

STS operation manual & Re-gasification manual was completed and handed over to clients after setting actual working parameters of cargo pumps, suction drum, booster pumps, L/D
 Compressors, GW system, SW system and export manifold.
 Commissioning of 4 trains (250 mmscfd/d each) carried out successfully. Operations carried there after continuously for NG production as per client. 3 LD compressors (to engine and suction drum re-condenser) and MSO compressor are being commissioned and thereafter being operated continuously under my supervision.
 Worked closely with Owner’s Representative in order to apply for few exemptions
 which will help in providing cost efficient and safe operations of FSRU.
 Worked closely with Class Surveyors (BV) for providing necessary certification for
 operation of FSRU.
 Provided cost effective yet safe alternatives to Owner in carrying out various tasks on FSRU like Hoses pressure testing etc.
