As a Process & Wellness Lead, I spearhead virtual therapy training programs for neurodivergent children across various BUDS institutions in Kerala. My responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored virtual therapy sessions designed to support children with neurodivergence.

• Monitoring and evaluating children's developmental and behavioral progress in collaboration with institutional teams.
• Acting as the primary liaison between BUDS institutions and Punarjeeva Technology Solutions LLP, to ensure program fidelity and impactful outcomes.
