  • Business Partner in Transformational Leadership in digitalization HR operational system (Oracle): Spearheaded the digitalization HR operation system, orchestrating a comprehensive process for gradual transfer and establishing project teams across HR& L&D, IT, and Finance departments. This strategic maneuver led to accelerated project timelines but also optimized policies and procedures, setting a new benchmark for HR operations execution excellence.
  • Business Partner in “Eltizam” Project by Ministry of HR & Civil Service: Successfully executed integration between RC and Ministry of HR & Civil Service, adhering to stringent deadlines, which led to obtain Excellent score by “National Center for Public Agencies Performance Measurement”. My expert project management ensured great collaboration and implementation, solidifying my stature as an impactful leader. Where the management took my strategies to be a Role model to be implemented in another sectors under RC in Yanbu and Riyadh.
