Role -Sr Planning Engineer ( telecom and Electrical Products)

· Head Planning Division for execution of Orders of 50 Million U.S.D through Multiple Process and departments as per delivery Schedule

· Capacity Planning, Forecasting Bottlenecks and taking countermeasures for smooth execution of parallel projects across Distinct Manufacturing Process.

· MRP and monitoring as per schedule changes , raw material tracking and Production Planning.

· Ensure order fulfillment timelines and mitigate contingencies and avoid penalty .

Role -Process Engineer

· Process Engineer for conveyorised Meterbox manufacturing,

· Debottlenecking Subassemblies and part manufacturing to meet TakT .

Design of Shop layout ,Assembly Fixtures , storage racks ,and commissioning of Multilple conveyor line to achieve single Piece flow.

• Designing of powder coating booths, display systems, control panels, offsite shelters.Etc.
• Incharge of CNC Sheetmetal Fabrication
• Key Clients Handled: Siemens, D'link, (Goa),Philcorp,Diebold,
