A seasoned Social Worker with over 18 years of Experience in Academia, Research, Consultancy, and NGO work. I hold a Ph.D. in Social Work, specializing in Psychosocial Problems Faced by Retired Police Officials, along with an M.Phil. in Labour Studies and a Master's in Community Development. With a mission to extend education beyond classrooms, I focus on holistic student development through diverse exposure to workshops, industrial visits, and seminars. As an Associate Professor at Bishop Heber College for 13 years, I contributed significantly to curriculum development and guided numerous research projects. My teaching experience spans multiple universities and includes subjects such as psychology, sociology, and management. I have supervised numerous social work projects and made substantial contributions to various Departmental and College Committees. Beyond academia, I have actively engaged with Church Committees, Missionary Organizations, and Governmental Agencies. I have been involved in significant international projects, fundraising, and consulting for NGOs focusing on social welfare and differently-abled individuals. I possess interpersonal skills, a passion for social services, and a flair for leadership. His hobbies include music, ministry participation, and active social engagement.
