RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead a team of technical personnel and maintain harmonious working relationships.
• To plan schedule manpower, material and equipment within the set time frame.
• To deploy and utilize the manpower effectively.
• To perform tasks of work to my subordinates and workers.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities.
• To ensure work meets all project specifications and requirements.
• To interpret instruction and related information into meaningful and accurate work directives, drawings, and guidelines.
• Checking of spools conformity regarding the isometric and P&ID.
• Monitoring and checking of materials.
• Motivate the foremen/charge hands to achieve the target.
• To monitor progress of fabrication, erection work and liaise with construction superintendent daily.
• To receive daily progress reports and report to the discipline manager and discuss the site's condition.
• To maintain effective communication between the implementation and execution team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead a fabrication team at site and workshop.
• Prepare and review all the isometric drawings received for fabrication.
• Prepare MTO for pipes & pipe fittings for fabrication as per isometric drawing.
• Supervise Fabrication, erection of piping spools & pipe support.
• Plans work schedule and activities, as well as manpower requirements.
• Monitoring progress & ensuring quality of job on a target basis.
• Prepare as built drawings and other documents.
• Modification of piping spool as per revised isometric drawing.
• Conduct fit up & welding inspection prior to full welding & ensure that only qualified welders are allowed to perform in accordance with approved WPS.
• Installation of firefighting equipment & related piping.
• Coordinated with QA/QC personnel and client.
• Well knowledge of P&ID, piping layout, isometric, piping class, and standard pipe support.
• Inspection of piping system and prepare punch list, Hydro testing inspection of all process and utilities line.
• Resolving field problems and liaison with clients and supervising mechanical crew.

• Perform welding supervision on CS, SS, LTCS piping as per project specification and procedures.
• Checking fabricated spools, tagging for site verification.
