• Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration
• Provide LMS support for all programs that may require it.
• Use of Service Now to manage tickets (Requests) received from different, users on FCFS basis, troubleshooting problems faced by them.
• Provide excellent front line customer service for new hires, program stakeholders, managers and recruiters relating to all programs supported
• Develop new LMS (Learning Management System) reports and modify existing LMS reports (Custom Reports and Reporting 2.0)
• Creation of Training Materials, Online Class (E-learning), Training Videos, Curriculum Design, Assessments, Groups and Assignment of Training on CSOD
• Knowledge of Data Load Wizard, Express Class, Edge, and Training Removal Tool.
• Managing User Profile including Due Dates, Exemption, Display language, Training Removal and Other general Information on the User Account.
• Independently managing small to medium projects
• Designed and facilitated training programs for employees annually.
• Execute a common global standard pertaining to course scheduling and management, course communication, materials preparation, course follow up and reporting
• Support management with operationalization of new programs and ensure currently supported programs maintain best practice and updated processes.
