A Consultant/ Senior Manager with experience in Programme Management- Research design, Monitoring-evaluation and Implementation of projects. I have successfully proposed and executed projects using qualitative/quantitative research methodologies for over 7 years by conducting in-depth research for Public (Government of Maharashtra) and Private sector (International not-for-profit organization and For-profit organizations). Have lead implementation of programmes and partnerships in developmental research domains with focus on Reproductive, Maternal-Child health (RMNCH+A) and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) across Urban-Rural-Tribal population, North-East India and Aspirational districts (NITI Ayog). Managed programs in Women Empowerment, Education, Health-Hygiene, Behavioral science, Climate resilience and Sustainable development goals. Proficient in media management (CANVA) and collaborations with key stakeholders and CSR/funding agencies to expand organizational network and project grants along with UX/UI research for MedTech companies. Currently, finished my Ph.D. and exploring work opportunities in Mumbai/Pune.
