• Installed India’s First Waste heat VAM chiller from Compressor oil heat energy.
• Re-designed Compressor capacity and sizing for entire plant.

Oversee the planning, execution and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Develop and manage plant maintenance budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with the production and operations teams to minimize downtime and plan opportunity maintenance for critical activities, to minimize the downtime. 

Preparing a maintenance strategy and RCA for unplanned downtime, with a focus on reducing MTTR and improving MTBF.

Drive engineering projects aimed to improving plant efficiency, capacity and enhancing product quality. 

Oversee capital projects, including the installation and commissioning of new machineries. 

Preparing a time line for capital projects and adhering the targets to meet business profits. 

Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste. 

Executing cost reduction program aims to lower expenses without impacting product and quality. 

Conducting IGS session to identify cost-saving ideas and technology. 

Monitor maintenance costs and implement cost-effective measures to enhance overall profitability.
