Estimation & Costing

· Review tender documents, understand project requirements, identify the risk factors, and raise pre-bid clarification

· Review and provide the clearance to forward requests for bids to suppliers with company standard terms and conditions and project requirements

· Prepare the estimation, based on raw material price/ last purchase price fromSAP

· Evaluating the Techno- Commercial offer with the respect to the specification and ensure proper documentation

· Compare the costs with corporate bench marks to ensure the uniformity is maintained

· Exhaustive Negotiation with vendors to optimize the cost of the project within the budget

· Ensure that the delivery timer period, Payment terms, Technical acceptance and all other general conditions are accepted without any deviation by the supplier

· Review Management Approval Note (MAN), and Purchase Order (PO)with terms & Conditions, compliance with legal requirements and Company policies

· Monitoring materials manufacturing status, Inspections, dispatches & receipts at site and on time vendor payments and monthly fund flow management

Estimation & Costing

· Evaluate Tender specification, Float rate enquiry for Power Plants, Switchyards, Sub Stations, Industries, Residential and IT parks.

· Co- Ordinate with vendors and design department for get the price In-time.

· Thorough analysis with client specifications of received offers from different vendors.

· Review GTP, Technical & Commercial terms and condition as per the client requirements.

· Co- Ordinate with client and design department to minimize the cost where ever possible.

· Comparison on apple to apple basis to ensure that uniformity is maintained.

· Negotiation with vendors to optimize the cost of the project, thereby increasing the net margin.

· Prepare the Estimation & Costing sheet with direct and indirect cost and finalize the price with superiors

· Prepare the Equipment Summary comprising of total equipment cost and weight.

· Submitting the tenders and participating in tender openings.

Site & Project Execution

· Float rate enquiry for service contract and finalize the sub –contractors for erection activities in Site.

· Follow-up with Project Management team & Owner’s Engineer for drawings approval.

· Ensure the Material ordering, Material dispatch and site progress incline with the construction schedule

· Ensure the Quantity/Quality of work done and initiate sub-contractors and client billing.

· Execution of Electrical works like Internal & External Electrification, Equipment Installation of

Transformers, Bus duct, HT & LT Switchgear, Cable tray, Cable Laying, Lighting and Earthing Installation.

· Complete internal and external electrification in High Raised Residential Buildings, and IT Parks.
