Events and Hospitality:
This role provides end-to-end support for the C-suite at high-level meetings and events such as the World Economic Forum in Davos, the UN Climate Change Conference, and more, managing all aspects from agenda preparation to final follow-ups. In addition, it includes drafting speeches for executives at major conferences, creating detailed travel and event itineraries, and offering on-ground or virtual assistance. Responsibilities also extend to hospitality, ensuring seamless arrangements for corporate guests across various locations, reflecting the organization's high standards of professionalism and care.
Media and Branding:
Leading creative content projects, including brochures, presentations, websites, branding videos, and photoshoots, this role demands a strategic approach to brand representation.
