In addition, it includes drafting speeches for executives at major conferences, creating detailed travel and event itineraries, and offering on-ground or virtual assistance. Responsibilities also extend to hospitality, ensuring seamless arrangements for corporate guests across various locations, reflecting the organization's high standards of professionalism and care.

Media and Branding:
Leading creative content projects, including brochures, presentations, websites, branding videos, and photoshoots, this role demands a strategic approach to brand representation. By redesigning and maintaining the company website in alignment with the mission statement, and enforcing uniform formats for corporate communications, it ensures brand consistency. Coordinating with vendors and managing timelines are integral to delivering high-quality results that enhance the company’s image.

Travel Management:
Handling comprehensive travel logistics, this role oversees ticket reservations, accommodations, and transportation for both domestic and international travel.
