• Involved in BSW Development of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) embedded in the vehicles. ECU has an Infinenon Microcontroller as processor.
• Understanding of stakeholder requirements available in Rational DOORS and planning of development activities.
• Implemented various diagnostics services such as RDBI, WDBI, Routine Control, DTC etc. which are part of UDS diagnostic protocols adhering to CAN protocol for automotive electronic control units (ECUs) defined in ISO 14229 standard.
• Executed validation tests using Debugging and simulation tools such as CANalyzer, CANOe, INCA,UDE , V-flash etc. for UDS diagnostic services to ensure compliance with industry standards and ensured functionality of the implemented requirements.
• Created automated test routines to eliminate manual processes for testing.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement diagnostic features into vehicle systems.
• Involved in requirement clarification discussion with cross-functional teams and stakeholder.
• Participated in the review process where I have ensured the software implementation is as per the stakeholder requirements.

Worked as an Electrical Wiring Diagram Designer in the Automotive domain for one of the leading Automotive manufacturer

Key Responsibilities

• Designed electrical wiring diagrams for various electrical systems in the vehicle consisting of ECUs, CAN communication lines, relays, power supply, wire to wire connectors etc. using Adobe Illustrator tool.
• Involved in analysis of customer requirements and estimation of design efforts.
• Participated in cross check and quality check activities of diagrams ensuring quality and clarity in component representation and adherence to standards.
• Involved in mentoring of newly joined colleagues.
• Prepared various customer and internal documents.
• Developed macros for process improvement.
