  • I was looking after Help Desk Management System working with Legacy that is Pin Code & Office Modification along with SAP which was of Tata Consultancy Service, with full satisfaction to all my co staff of PAN INDIA

  • The work in connection with Pin code Updation is as follows
  • There are four Menus in which the field names are Head Office, Sub Office, Branch Office and Tools
  • Under the Menu Head Office, we got the Sub Menu Modify and Delete, probably there are no Tickets raised in this regard, but recently a SO was converted as HO and a new Division is formed in Bihar Circle where the Division has to be created new in Pin code, Rnet and Speed net Modules, this is done by the concerned programmers, and after that the work will be done on all three Modules by me, this is under process now please
  • Deletion of HPO is also there where I have not come across any tickets relating to Deletion of HPO
  • Under the Menu Sub Office there are three sub menus that is Add, Modify & Delete
  • The utmost care is taken while doing the addition, modification and delete process
  • Under Branch Office Menu there are three sub menus New Branch Office, Modify & Delete
  • Under Tools Menu there are two sub menus Move Village Links & Contacts
  • The work in connection with Registration Web that is R Net
  • There are six Menus they are as follows PO/PH/EPH/RMS UPDATION, BPO UPDATION, REPORTS, RNET MESSAGES, IPS DATA & PRACTICE (where these modules are not used in particular)
