Project: Research and development of frequency converters software by introducing CAN IDs.

• Working on the software of different frequency converters, the firmware used to automate them, and their various testing conditions by integrating CAN IDs.

Project: HCU3-FS (Heater Control Unit—Flex Start) for 4 heaters.

• Responsible for doing the software architecture and code-based detailed design for the HCU3-FS project.
• Involved in analyzing the software requirements, technical documents, schematics, and collaborating with other technical experts and stakeholders in Brazil.
• Involved in the reviews and discussions of software architecture, software requirements, and system requirements, with the customer.

Project: HCU-FC24V (Heater Control Unit—Fuel Cell 24V) — 10 heaters.

• Performed the HCUFC 24V validation by creating the automated test scripts and test cases in RQM, and generating the test reports, saving 90 hours of manual effort for validation.
• Configured and validated test software for the hardware team by creating different sets of CAN IDs, DBC files, and developing timing CAN CAPL scripts for various profiles.
• Design and development of software for the EOL topic, with the UDS commands implementation and testing.
• Discussions with the hardware team for updating test documents, test interface specifications, CAN matrix documents, calibration points (for supply voltage and heater current), and heater diagnostics threshold values.

Project: GCU4 (Glow Control Unit) — 6 heaters.

• Responsible for doing the software architecture for the GCU5 project.
• Involved in analyzing the software requirements, technical documents, schematics, and collaborating with other technical experts and stakeholders in Germany.
• Involved in the reviews and discussions of software architecture, software requirements, and system requirements, with the customer.

Project: HCU-PC Gen2 (Heater Control Unit)—3 heaters.

• Responsible for functionality development.
• Complete responsibility for performing the MISRA analysis for all releases, for all ASW modules, and integration with the base software.
• Involved in the reviews of software requirements and software testing with the customer.
