1. Surveillance Tool – This tool was outcome of project DELTA (Data Enrichment, Lineage & Transfer Assurance). This aimed to establish the Data Lineage from Source to NetReveal, perform data reconciliations, Test Controls at various steps of data journey.

Surveillance suite is developed for ongoing monitoring of data transfer assurance by creating Data Quality and Data Integrity reports.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Revamped the infrastructure of tool from scratch to standardize the reporting development.
• Created automated process for daily reporting without manual intervention.
• Optimized and standardized DQ/DI CDEs scripts for all source systems.
• Created DQ/DIs at every stage of lineage of data.

2. Detection Control Dashboard : This dashboard focused on multiple area of reporting for validation models, under validation models all detection scenarios were divided under multiple risk themes. This activity was done manually and documented, The agenda of this analysis and reporting was to generate all KPIs (Alerts, SMRs, FPRs) at Risk Theme level at month, country, model level. Another area of this reporting was comprised of, project management reporting embedded in this dashboard.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and consolidating final design / KPIs and getting signed off.
• Create BRD and all process document to showcase the development phases.
• Develop data manipulation codes and automate them with arrival of weekly / quarterly / half year data.
• Create Infrastructure for dashboard (Shiny R –modular) from scratch.

Client - AnaCap Financial Partners, London, UK

1. Fund Trend Analysis : In the finance warehouse we aimed to reconcile the data with the servicer warehouse and the collections we received as a part of cashflows on Fund level, country level, Expenses level.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform the variance analysis and perform RCA for variance greater than 5%.
• Minimize the variance and report near to accurate cashflows for all funds and related KPIs (IRR, MM)
• Develop the data manipulation scripts and generate ready to report views.
• Create automated process for QA the outputs and generated reports.
• Create dashboard of all Funds which gets updated weekly without manual intervention.

2. Deal reporting (20 dashboards) : – After creating Warehouse, it was required to monitor some major deals at every level. So, deals were selected from each funds with respect to loans size, Expected IRR etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Finalizing the KPIs, KPIs logics for each deals.
• Dividing the deals with similar trends so that we can automate the reporting.
• Gathering requirement from 20 deals managers and converting them to designed dashboards (strawman) and getting signed off from all stakeholders.
• Development of end – to – end process, starting fetching data from warehouse to sending out email to groups without manual intervention.
• This project prototype was used to bought the other client for the organization. Being a core developer for this project, I was part of showcasing our work and answering the questions of client.

3. Finance Data Warehousing and Reporting : There was old data warehouse which was not serving the purpose for reporting and analysis, there were huge data gaps and process was not streamlined. This project was critical, we have to create new warehouse from starting from flat files to providing views to teams for reporting.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create full solution architecture of warehouse , by providing the level of normalizations, which combinations of variables are considered as keys to optimize the extraction of data from tables.
• Develop pipeline from staging to Stage 1 (cleaned data) to stage 2 (Transformed data) to stage 3 (Production data and views for external teams)
• Create packages for loading data from multiple sources to staging database while maintain logs and data disaster management.
• Create ETL Pipeline from Staging to Production, by maintaining development of error logs, UAM and data disaster and create the monitoring of data lineage at every stage change.
• Gathering requirements from teams to develop views and calculated KPIs

Client - AnaCap Financial Partners, London, UK

1. Dashboards Phase 1 : Gathered requirements from asset managers for all 20 dashboards. After finalizing the KPIs for the dashboards, developed automated financial dashboards in Power BI. These dashboards were built using daily data from a data warehouse. During this phase, I also had the opportunity to develop and gather requirements for 5 dashboards onsite, specifically for Investor Directors.
