Check remote access eligibility and advise the end-user to raise a request for CRD, SSH, and Roaming Access based on requirements with proper justification, and advise the user to contact the manager for approval.
Guide the end-user to wipe and re-enroll the Chromebook and re-image Mac devices
Guide the end -user to request cloud top instances of windows and Linux based on requirements and deal with issues related to them
Destroy the host-name life cycle, Provision a new host-name, and integrate it with the device
Provide admin rights for system manual upgrades and driver's software installations
Setup a Corp account on mobiles by checking the eligibility.
Understand customer expectations.
Ensure that CSAT measurements are accurate, and I like to test best practices for early resolution.
