Company Overview: Architectural Lighting concepts is a lighting based sales company all over India.
Architectural Lighting concepts is a lighting based sales company all over India. We are doing design based on drawing given by Lighting Designer, Electrical Contractors, Project Management Consultants and directly by Clients also. Once we have finished to chosen the product based on drawing we will submit the quotation to the client. The client will finalize the quotation based on which we will place the order to the manufacturer overseas and domestically and get the material on-time to meet the deadline of the project. As per our Purchase order we will deliver the material to finish the project successfully and after services is also done to make our clients happy and satisfied.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Placing the order for lighting fixtures with the manufacturers in Italy, Spain, UK, USA, Germany, Singapore, Denmark and Austria.
Checking all Sale/Purchase Invoices and looking after all incoming and outgoing shipment.
Sending the Order confirmation and Proforma Invoice to the clients with the delivery date.
Process order with different manufacturer both Domestic and International suppliers and follow up.
Communicating with Overseas manufacturers for Clients shipment delivery status and keeping the clients informed accordingly.
Working with the freight forwarders and courier companies by getting their quotation for the transportation for goods to be picked up from Overseas. Confirming the quotation after negotiating rates with the freight forwarders and courier companies.
Facilitated smooth communication between sales, production, and distribution departments to improve overall workflow efficiency.
Efficiently managed budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources towards critical projects while minimizing unnecessary expenditures.
Following up on payment from the clients and arranging for local transport vehicle for delivery of goods.
Follow up with the Sales Manager and Customer also for document required till the Order is released for shipment for necessary Documents
Sending the pre-alert to the client once the documents are received from the overseas manufacturer
Maintaining payment outstanding reports with accounts team.
Developed strong relationships with vendors, leading to improved pricing and service levels.
Negotiated transportation and logistics contracts to reduce shipping costs.
Arranging vehicle with Delivery challan, Invoice and Eway bill for goods to be dispatched to relevant clients
