- I have master degree in Bio-technology. I have a very good understanding of science, and biology, in particular. I started with online and home tuition for Biology at my home. My way of teaching is to make students aware of all key concepts, and not just to be good at answering textbook questions. I usually prepare my teaching subject by doing research with multiple books and also checking a lot of material online. After that, I prepare my content in a way that covers each and every concept in the book and try to check student understanding by asking questions that are not just from the textbook but cover a wide range of material, but more importantly, focus on the concept. I also check material from competitive exams and Olympiads to make sure my content is both class material ready and covers a bit of advanced questions/concepts.
- I also try to understand students' weaknesses and strengths, and I try to start class with a little bit of discussion on long-term vision. The student has developed a lot of term discipline plans with interest in the subject that I am teaching. My teaching also involves making them confidence in what they want to learn and achieve. A bit of consistency, focus, discipline, along with understanding what the key difficulty is in understanding a particular concept, and then trying to come up with different examples/material to help them understand the concept. I have been doing this successfully for 4 years. Now I want to move from personal coaching to a broader level, which is at the school level.
