  • RESPONSIBILITIES Product Vision Creation: As Product Owner I was part of process of leading/creating the vision for the product, sets goals, and communicating the vision and goals to the development team and stakeholders Product Backlog Management: As a PO, I was managing the product backlog, which had a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes that need to be implemented
  • This involves constantly re-prioritizing items based on feedback from stakeholders, market changes, and team capacity Requirements Gathering: As a PO, I am responsible for gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and the development team
