• Payment Gateway Integration: Leading the integration of payment gateways such as Razorpay, LotusPay, and UPI (Unified Payments Interface) platforms to facilitate smooth transactions. This includes setting up APIs for processing payments, managing transaction flows, and ensuring the security of payment data.
• Escrow Account Management: Overseeing the integration of escrow accounts to manage disbursements and collections, especially in co-lending scenarios where funds need to be distributed among multiple lenders and borrowers. This ensures transparency and security in financial transactions.
• Customer Payment Experience: Enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that payments are processed quickly and without errors, providing multiple payment options, and offering transparent transaction tracking and support.

Decision Engine:

• Custom Rules and Logic: Developing a flexible rule-based system that allows for the customization of decision criteria based on different lending products or customer segments. This enables the business to adapt quickly to changing market conditions or regulatory requirements.
  Real-time Processing: Ensuring that the decision engine can process applications in real time, providing instant approvals or rejections. This improves customer satisfaction by reducing waiting times, and increases operational efficiency by automating routine tasks.
• Fraud Detection: Implemented fraud detection mechanisms within the decision engine, focusing on KYC documents. By utilizing advanced algorithms, the system could detect inconsistencies or red flags in submitted documents, such as mismatched or altered identity details (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar). Integrated third-party verification services to cross-check the authenticity of KYC documents in real time, ensuring that only genuine applicants were approved.
• Deduplication (Dedupe): Developed deduplication functionality to prevent multiple applications from using the same or slightly modified KYC documents. The system compares critical identifiers (such as PAN, Aadhaar, and other identity proofs) across applications, automatically flagging and merging duplicates. This approach minimized fraud attempts, where applicants might try to apply for multiple loans using different variations of their identity or address.
