Currently working in the banking Domain - Flagstar Bank project , in the working tenure I am working with this bank providing solutions for the testing activity , test strategy , discussing the blockers and also reducing the manual effort by developing automation code .
Roles & Responsibilities :
Project Transition Management - Currently project has gone through transition where I have to handel knowledge transition , process improvement , Stable delivery , client relationship management .
Bank Merging activity - in the project bank is undergone with a merger of two banks , where my responsibility is to handle tollgate , merging documentation , data validation via automation , defect tracking , timely delivery etc.
Requirement Analysis : Gathered all the requirements as release note from the Business and analysis them make them to user stories and calculate efforts for the stories.
Testing & Defect tracking : Provided support on the functional test, Regression test, Defect tracking , test case management.
Automation Testing : Developed and maintain Keyword driven framework based on selenium Java framework and developed 20 pages along with the data validations .
Production Support : Worked on the production support activity , where I tested application after release , closed Change Request after release .

Note : As a part of modern technology I did POC on TOSCA tool , which is similar kind of automation tool.
Developed custom scripts to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up valuable time for employees to focus on more important projects.
Established monitoring protocols for automated systems to proactively detect issues before they escalated into larger problems.

I have worked in Comerica Bank Project As functional tester.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Partnered with project team members to identify and quickly address problems.
Produced quality standards, checklists, report templates, and processes.
Worked with Project team to making test plan and test cases
Providing the finding of raised defect and retest after defect is fixed.
Performing Smoke and Regression testing.
Maintain JIRA board during project life cycle.
Providing Demo of the requirements to stake holders and getting sign off from them
Participating in Cycle testing.
Worked on Data plug in and data correction for each cycle.

I have started Working as production Support in an banking Project from 2020 , before that from 2017 -2020, March I have worked as a Manual/Automation Tester.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare Change Request for effective changes in Production Environment .

· Communicating and resolving users issue.

· Provide necessary knowledge support to user for uninterrupted work.

· Managing and maintain Application infrastructure related issue.

· Collaborating With Development team to reduce gaps and bugs on the application.

• As a infrastructure support need to provide support on Unix, Oracle, MS SQL, Windows Server support.
• Using BMC -RLM software to deploy changes in controlled environment.
• As I am working as 1st point of contact , need to analysis any infrastructure issue or application issue by examine the logs.

Technology used :

Unix : Using this tool investigate with basic commands to to find the issue(tectia /Secure file transfer)

Database : Using this tool as a query result finder, table and object finder, checking the code(Microsoft SQL Management studio, SQL Developer)

Jira : to track the Project details and issue lifecycle

Service Now : Using for Incident/Request/Change Request Management

BMC -RLM - I used this to deploy code in controlled environment.

Selenium : I used this tool to automate the testing process.

Responsibilities As Tester :
Manual tester :
· Understand requirement from the doc and prepare possible cases.
· Prepare and discuss for Positive and negative cases.
· Find out required bugs from system before it moved user testing.
· Testing with huge amount of data to find load balancer is working fine.
· Doing regression check just to make sure current changes does not affect application.
· Checking full functionalities and discuss with dev team if there is any scope for development.
Automation Tester :
· Understanding Project requirement and expectation
· Do a dry run and Proposed cases before start automating
· Using Selenium Java as tool during Automation script.
· Provide minimal and flexible code to better understand and smooth working
