M/s.Pillar Induction (India) Ltd is in collaboration with Pillar Industries, USA involved in manufacturing, sales and servicing of Medium Frequency Induction Furnace and Induction Heating Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Traveled across India for erection, commissioning, and servicing of medium frequency furnaces and induction heating equipment, ranging from 30Kw to 4000Kw and frequencies from 50Hz to 50KHz.
• Positioning of furnace/Induction heating equipment, Power supply and its accessories.
• Hydraulic pipe line laying and testing of Hydraulic system.
• Monitored water flow rate and pressure to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handled commissioning activities including cross-checking safety and interlocking circuits in power supply and furnaces, and conducting control, dry, and power tests.
• Cross checking all safety and interlocking ckts in the power supply and furnaces/Induction heating equipment
• Conducting control test, Dry test and Power test.
