ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance Project): Making ESG data relevant for financial markets by collecting and verifying this data from more than 15000+ companies, helping investors incorporate the ESG data into their financial analysis.

Completed various JFLO Project provided by client and handling client request. Contributing to delivering effective training programs for newly hired employees to acquaint them with workflow procedure and as well providing support to SME in overseeing the Quality data of employees to ensure efficient and productive workflow.

Checking tickers for processable status on the basis of company events like M&A,

Delisting, Suspension. Segregation of tickers on the basis of their FYE and keeping a keen check on their reporting.

Probe and search for company filings on Websites and stock exchange sites. Quality checking of other production analyst. Conducting Training for ESG and terminal of new joiners.

Client request handling on different projects. Doing mentorship for expansion Batches.

-Assisting team leader in team data collection ,task assignment to team and follow up on Task closure

-Helping team with queries related to the ES data reported by the companies and validation of the critical BRE's

-To consult existing clients for hedging for their FX exposure
-Researching trends of the currencies and update clients for the same.
-Maintain Relationship with existing clients and consult them with the research support services.
-Provide presentations to the clients on how to manage their FX funds to save themselves from uneven volatility of the market.
-Train new team members & interns about currency hedging methodologies and option trading
