  • Excellence in Customer Service - During the Pandemic, Upon following the US Government's orders in April 2020 Delta operated Repatriation Flights back to United States to reunite the stranded individuals. Proud to be among one of those employees who helped to support the Operations. In a month or two, we were awarded with a recognition of certificate from the US Embassy in Mumbai for assistance of the task.
  • Supporting the Cargo Flight Operations for Virgin Atlantic while the Passengers Flights were not recovered/resumed yet during the pandemic.
