· Design, estimation, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PA/VA, CCTV and Access Control Systems, ICT, IPTV .

· Report to the project manager on daily basis regarding the site updates and escalate issues.

· Supporting the commercial team in the bidding, securing new work, valuation of works, change control, or claims.

· Reading and interpreting the drawings to the technicians & site engineers to execute the site activities.

· Coordinates with Client / Consultant for any site snags and the inspections raised for all the works.

· Reviewing of all testing and commissioning activities and liaison with independent commissioning authority.

· Submission of daily/ weekly report with client for progress and monitoring of work on regular basis.

· Attending site meetings along with the PM for coordination with other system

· Be the main support to the Projects Manager through the implementation phase of the project.

· Identify and manage change throughout entire phase of project.

· Effective integration and prioritization of technical issues

· In conjunction with the Projects Manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and coordinated completed system.

· Involved in High Level Progress Meetings both internally and externally taking responsibility to document and record output and actions.

· Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise day-to-day technical support operations, which encompass all troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, RMA, and installations.

· Lead, manage, develop, train and review performance of staff, as needed.

· Ensure all employee issues and concerns addressed in timely manner, encourage involvement from staff and foster positive team environment.

· Develop and maintain department policies, procedures, and processes, as required.

· Manage, follow-up and maintain all service contracts/agreements and warranties.

· Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors.
