• Inspected the installation and construction of a 8"/6"/4" steel pipeline network for M/s for the City Gas Distribution Project in South Goa GA
• As an Inspection Engineer, I conducted thorough inspections of the final dimensional check, final visual inspection, and interpretation of radiographic X-ray and Gamma ray films at bevel ends for the spiral welded API 5L pipes.
• Projects handled while working at Gulf Lloyds India Private Limited: Fabrication and testing of spiral welded API 5L, X50, X70, etc. Pipe for IOAGPL, fabrication, and testing of spiral-welded API 5L X70 pipe for the South Goa GA.
• Carry out all inspection and test requirements of the contract at all stages, as per the QCP and contractor requirements, including receiving inspection.
• NDT (RT, UT, PT, MPT) inspection, interpretation of RT film, hydro testing of pipes section, inspection of surface preparation, sandblasting inspection, and field joint coating.

• Planning the site works and completing them as per the site schedule.
• To inspect the incoming material as per specifications.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager and the Client Area In-Charge.
• Conduct safety and quality weekly meetings to raise awareness among workers.
• To check out lowering, trenching, erection, fabrication, and installation of pipes.
• Perform strenuous inspections as part of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

• Very Good subject Knowledge of Radiography Testing(RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing(PT), & Magnetic Testing(MT)
• Preparation of relevant quality documents.and Preparing specific procedures, NDT reports, Inspection of piping & pipelines.
