  • Salvaged non-moving inventory from Fleetguard Filters plant warehouse and Customer-Ashok Leyland (Hosur) warehouse. Converted non-moving inventory into usage parts and freed up warehouse space. Realized profit around 25 lacs.
  • Part of project Leher – onboarding a new contract supplier.
  • Headed and executed Ashok Leyland Pre-buy engine project for Caterpillar, where Engines for the next 8 months production were pre bought for contract manufacturer due to CPCB-4 norms coming into effect.
