- Environmental sustainability: The ask was to Design “One stop digital” solution providing universe of all KPIs from the 11 environmental sustainability objectives. Spearheaded the design and automation of the Qlik sense app worth approximately $70,000, resulting in streamlined KPI monitoring which made information traceable, increasing the value of the reported data and derived key insights to the leadership.
- Led a Global Drug Development project on a Clinical Intelligence platform in Foundry and Slate. Fulfilled the need to create an intelligent dashboard in SLATE for indication mapping, patient counts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Created an intelligent report using Qlik, Alteryx, SAP, Salesforce to manage stock and trade of US Sandoz drugs across various territories in the US.Generated savings of approx. $30,000 for reporting projects through apps automation and optimization.
- Led the Incentive Compensation projects, for the Europe region, where responsibilities included payroll generation for field employees using Javelin budgeted around $1M for 4 countries and delivered payrolls every quarter. Worked on different incentive plans for aligning targets to the reps as per territory and drug performance.
