Extraction of Mid surface for mid components & necessary geometry cleanup was done
Modeling of components with shell, tetra, and hexa mesh and maintaining the mesh flow and criteria as per the requirement
After project completion, components will be checked for free edges, Duplicate elements, Connectivity, shell normal, Temporary nodes, Intersections, and Penetrations and cleared them
The components will be organized according to their respective thickness
Creation of Nodal Rigid Body connections and FE Joints like Cylindrical, Spherical, Revolute, Material Properties and Boundary Condition Assigning
