Language Interpreter

Tulu is a spoken language in the South Canara districts of Karnataka and is known for its unique script. There are many written literary works available in Tulu and writing in the Tulu script is highly encouraged. However, there is not much work available in terms of technology that support the usage of Tulu characters in electronic form. Here, a simple GUI application is proposed, that will provide an onscreen keyboard to input Tulu characters and help people to translate it to target language by applying Natural Language Processing techniques. Adoption of Rule-Based Machine Translation makes it more easy, precise and immutable.
