Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Sourcing & Selection: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet organizational requirements.
• Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and cost reduction initiatives.
• Risk Mitigation: Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor services, including delivery delays, quality issues, and non-compliance.
• Cost Management: Analyze proposals to optimize costs, ensuring budget adherence, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements, managing documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
• Assessing and defining the project requirements, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. Data evaluation, preparation of project charter, maintaining dashboards, and keeping track of key deliverables.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams for project kick-off meetings, project updates with the development team, launch management, and resource planning.
• Managing consultant-driven regulatory project deliveries pertaining to medicinal products/medical devices, vendor/people management during project execution to ensure project health.
• Analyze the data and identify/focus on the potential markets or areas for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate for project-related operational tasks, addressing client queries, and collaborating with onsite regulatory professionals to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
• Timely communication and resolution of issues/escalations encountered during project deliveries, perform risk assessment, and recommend risk mitigation plans.
