- 9+ years experience in Retail, SME & Commercial Loans as well as Non Fund Based facility- Inland Letter of Guarantee & Inland Letter of Credit.
- Identifying the customers for the loan facility.
- Verifying credit application forms creditworthiness of all customers and submit for further approvals.
- Reduction of TAT with all due diligence.
- Issuance of Facility Advice Letter (FAL) as per latest RBI guidelines & confirm the compliance of all Terms & Conditions.
- Mortgage of the respective securities offered as per FAL & recording of the same.
- Sending the original invoices with supporting documents to the customer, file a copy of the full set in the customer file and another copy in the sequential file.
- Establishing credit limits and credit days for customers and ensure with proper follow up that the payments and balance are not exceeding the limit.
- Internal rating of the accounts and confirm the compliance of the external rating.
- Passing the loan transactions as per FAL & daily transactions of the facilities.
- Preparing and send the statement of accounts to all customers at the beginning of each month.
- Reviewing the transactions on a daily basis and follow up due payments with customers. Maintain a healthy relationship with all regular customers by follow up visits.
- Following up with the front office team, reservations team for any outstanding high balances in the guest ledger.
